PRO-PING is a regional broadband provider specialising in the provision of broadband services through its own fibre and wireless network, with a strong focus on rural areas.

By integrating PRO-PING’s infrastructure, Hrvatski Telekom plans to further consolidate its local presence. Given the current market structure, the transaction represents one of the more significant transactions in the Croatian telecom sector in recent years and further underlines WAHL’s continued involvement in the consolidation of the Croatian telecom and broader IT market.

WAHL advised the sellers throughout the entire transaction process, including transaction structuring, due diligence support, negotiation of the transaction documentation and closing.
