Andrea Smolić
Since joining the WAHL team in 2021, Andrea’s work has consistently contributed to positive outcomes—both for our clients and for the firm as a whole.
She primarily focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), European Union law, competition law, intellectual property, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
In her daily practice, Andrea provides legal support to clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the food and retail sectors, telecommunications and media, as well as information technology.
During her studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Andrea participated in an international moot court competition before the European Court of Human Rights, where her team won second place. In addition to her legal education, she also earned a diploma from Algebra University in the design and implementation of EU-funded projects.
Andrea is known for her innovative problem-solving and sharp analytical thinking. Her energy, dedication, and professionalism have established her as a rising star within our firm, and clients often name her as their primary point of contact.
