Specializing in Corporate M&A, EU and Competition, IP, Capital Markets, and Compliance practices, she has consistently delivered exceptional guidance to clients across various industries, notably in the Consumer Products, Food & Retail, Telecom & Media, Fintech, and IT sectors.

Known for her innovative problem-solving and insightful thinking, Andrea's unparalleled energy and responsiveness further solidify her reputation as a rising star in our firm, with clients consistently singling her out as their preferred point of contact. Andrea holds a Law degree from the University of Zagreb, where she distinguished herself by participating in an international moot court competition before the European Court of Human Rights, achieving second place with her team.

Concurrently with her legal studies, she earned a degree in Project Management and Implementation of EU-Funded Projects from Algebra University in Zagreb. Additionally, she has served on the Management Board of two startup companies in Croatia, gaining valuable experience in corporate governance and strategic planning.
