The company plays an increasingly important role in the region’s digital infrastructure landscape, particularly in light of growing demand for secure, resilient and high-capacity data hosting and connectivity solutions.

The transaction involved the transfer of a strategically relevant infrastructure asset and required coordination across corporate, transactional and sector-specific workstreams.
