Neven Marić is a distinguished legal expert and one of the founding partners of our firm. He is head of the Corporate & M&A and Real Estate department at WAHL. With nearly two decades of experience, Neven has been instrumental in co-developing our corporate practice, establishing a reputation for excellence in the legal community.
Neven completed his studies at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, and began his legal career in 2006 with a promising start at the Zagreb office of an international law firm headquartered in Austria. From the outset, he specialized in international, regional, and local M&A, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions. His comprehensive expertise spans corporate law, real estate law, contract law, and labor law. Over the years, Neven has amassed extensive knowledge in various sectors, including energy, construction, manufacturing, retail and wholesale, as well as private and technical security services.
