The company plays an increasingly important role in the region’s digital infrastructure landscape, particularly in light of growing demand for secure, resilient and high-capacity data hosting and connectivity solutions.
The transaction involved the transfer of a strategically relevant infrastructure asset and required coordination across corporate, transactional and sector-specific workstreams.
WAHL advised the sellers throughout the transaction process, including transaction structuring, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and closing. Gnomon Capital Ltd. was advised on legal matters by Schoenherr, and on financial matters by Forvis Mazars. The sellers were advised on financial matters by TPA Croatia.
