Stjepan Gvozdić
Stjepan joined the WAHL team in 2023 after graduating from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb with special honours. His practice covers primarily competition, corporate, and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on business compliance.
A significant part of his experience comes from a secondment as an in-house lawyer at one of the world's largest companies in the fashion industry, completed while at WAHL, where he covered the Adria region across eight countries. That role gave him a grounded understanding of how legal advice translates into day-to-day business decisions – a perspective he carries into his work with clients. He has also presented co-authored papers on civil procedural law and competition law at international conferences.
Known for his calm and systematic approach, Stjepan is approachable and straightforward to work with. Outside of practice, he is a music school graduate and a former member of the Capella juris Choir at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. He works in English and speaks Russian.
