WAHL’s Corporate & M&A team provided comprehensive legal support to Belupo, one of Croatia’s leading pharmaceutical companies, in connection with the sale of Ljekarne Deltis Pharm to Atlantic Grupa.

Belupo’s core business is the development, production and sale of pharmaceutical products, and the transaction reflects its strategic focus on concentrating resources and investments on its core operations.

Through the acquisition, Atlantic Grupa’s pharmacy retail chain Farmacia expands its presence in the Croatian pharmacy market.
