WAHL provided legal support to Algebra University in its strategic merger with Edward Bernays University of Applied Sciences, resulting in the formation of Sveučilište Algebra Bernays, now the largest private university in Croatia.

Algebra is a leading private educational institution with over 2,100 students and more than 15,000 annual program participants. Bernays, founded in 2013, is recognized for its excellence in communications and business programs.

This merger marks a milestone in the consolidation of quality private education in Croatia, bringing together two respected institutions, expanding their academic offerings, and creating new opportunities across higher education, including postgraduate and interdisciplinary programs.
