WAHL's Corporate & M&A team provided comprehensive legal support to SWEN Hospitality d.o.o. (a member of the Bornfight Group) in connection with the acquisition of Diventa, one of the longest-established and most widely used hotel information systems in the region.

SWEN is a technology-driven hospitality company developing an integrated cloud-based platform for hotels and campsites, aimed at automating and simplifying the management of reservations, capacities, and day-to-day operations.

Through this transaction, SWEN further strengthens its position within the hospitality IT infrastructure by combining Diventa’s long-standing operational expertise and market presence with modern technological solutions and a new level of management.
