From 5 November to 7 November, the Regional Legal Business Forum in Zlatibor, Serbia, brought together around 300 lawyers from across the region for an informative and engaging event. Among the highlights was a panel on "Legal Aspects of Cross-Border Business in the ex-YU Region," expertly moderated by Ivan Luetić.

Ivan guided the discussion, which featured Sonja Lihtental from NEXE Group, who provided insights into managing legal affairs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Serbia simultaneously. Helena Kokot of E.ON Hrvatska shared her experience on handling legal matters across 16 jurisdictions while expanding into new ones. The panel also included esteemed financial expert Andrej Grubišić, who offered a macro overview of the region's M&A and investment activity.

The forum, organized by UDRUŽENJE KOMPANIJSKIH PRAVNIKA with special efforts from Vukasin Petkovic, was a resounding success, and plans are already underway for next year's event.
