WAHL’s Corporate & M&A team provided full legal support to Mondo INC Zagreb d.o.o. in the transaction involving the sale of the media brands Story, Sensa, Storybook and Roditelji.hr to Telegram Media Group, a Croatian digital media publisher.

Story.hr is one of the most visited lifestyle portals in Croatia and, together with its associated brands, has for many years formed a stable and recognisable portfolio within the digital lifestyle publishing segment.

The transaction represents an important step in the further strategic positioning of the portfolio and, following clearance by the Croatian Competition Agency(AZTN), is expected to enable additional growth opportunities and support the continued development of the brands.
