Ela Židov is completing her integrated undergraduate and graduate law studies at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. During her studies, she distinguished herself through participation in clinical legal aid programs, an internship at a law firm, and academic excellence, earning her the Dean’s Award. Additionally, she completed a course in interpersonal skills, further enhancing her communication and negotiation abilities.

She joined the WAHL team in 2025 and is currently focused on labor, contract, and commercial law. Ela takes an analytical and practical approach to legal matters, always aiming to find the best solutions for clients. Her passion for law goes beyond simply understanding regulations—she is dedicated to applying legal principles in a way that helps clients make informed business decisions and secure fair conditions.

Her master’s thesis explores a comparative analysis of contractual clauses in commercial sales, providing her with deeper insights into key aspects of commercial law. The research she is conducting as part of this project will further enrich her expertise and support her professional growth, allowing her to make valuable contributions to the fields of commercial and contract law. She communicates fluently in both Croatian and English.
