Ela graduated from the Faculty of Law in Rijeka in 2025,earning the Dean’s Award for outstanding academic achievement. She gained practical experience through her work at the legal aid clinic and the civil law clinic, where she also completed a professional internship at a law firm. Through a specialized course in interpersonal skills, she further developed her communication and negotiation abilities.

Her master’s thesis focused on contractual clauses in commercial sales agreements, allowing her to gain deeper insight into complex contractual relationships and their adaptation to real-world business needs.

Ela joined the WAHL team in 2025 as a student and continued her professional journey as an associate. She is thorough, reliable, and solution-oriented, with a special interest in commercial, labor, and civil law, as well as data protection. In addition to Croatian, she communicates with clients in English.
