Before joining the WAHL team, Alen spent over a decade developing his skills in the private sector. One of his key strengths is the ability to identify the most critical aspects of any business and to approach legal issues from both economic and sales perspectives.
After his time in the private sector, he decided to pursue a career in law and passed the bar exam. He has now been practicing law for several years, giving him a unique dual perspective—both entrepreneurial and legal.
Alen quickly advanced within the firm to become the manager of our Prelog office, taking on significant responsibilities. His pragmatic approach ensures optimal solutions for clients in areas such as labor law, real estate, infrastructure, corporate law, M&A, and dispute resolution.
His particular focus is on labor law, where he primarily advises employers, and has extensive experience managing infrastructure development projects, especially broadband infrastructure initiatives.
