The Act on Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices in the Food Supply Chain come into force today. The changes are motivated by the need to harmonize monetary amounts with the euro, but it is very important that the new law also introduces some new provisions that better implement the requirements from Directive (EU) 2019/633 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on trading practices in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain.

This article is about challenges which RES projects in general, and PPAs in particular, currently face in Croatia and the future perspective.
