Tamara Obradović Mazal*

Tamara Obradović Mazal joined WAHL with extensive experience in competition law, state aid and restructuring. Prior to coming to WAHL, Tamara led her own specialist practice (TOM law office) focused on competition and state aid, bringing with her a track record built across complex regulatory proceedings and high-value transactional mandates.

Tamara is one of Croatia's foremost state aid practitioners, advising both beneficiaries and public bodies on the design, notification, and compliance aspects of state aid measures under EU rules. Her state aid practice spans infrastructure projects, public service obligations, energy sector support schemes, and privatization transactions; including the assessment of aid elements in corporate restructurings and public asset transfers.

She regularly advises on project structures and regulatory strategy for investors and operators in the Croatian energy sector.

Tamara holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, a Master's degree from University College London and is a member of the Croatian Bar Association.
