Paula has an extensive background in administration, sales, human resources, and marketing. During her time working in Norway, she held an administrative position, where she further developed her English language skills and gained valuable experience in an international business environment. Since joining the BMWC team in 2021, Paula has continued to contribute her broad expertise and adaptable approach across various business functions. She is fluent in Croatian, English, and Italian and has a working knowledge of German and Norwegian.
